• If bringing your pet: Cats must stay in a carrier or stroller at all times and must never be left unattended.

• Consider lining your carrier or stroller with wee pads and using calming sprays to make the experience less stressful for your furbaby.

• If your furbaby is easily stressed or anxious, we recommend keeping them at home – welfare comes first.

• The pet photoshoot is first come, first served and limited to 5 minutes per fur-family. Photos will be available to download via QR (no physical copies will be provided).

Q: Do I have to bring my cat to participate in the event?

A: You don’t have to, but you can! This event is curated for cat parents – so come as you are or bring your furbabies with you. However, your furbabies must remain inside their carrier and/or stroller at all times.

Q: Do I have to stay for the whole program?

A: Stay as long as you’d like from 10am to 2pm. Refer to our full agenda if you’re planning to join the moderated sessions!

Q: Is there a play or rest area for my cats?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an area for your cats to roam free. Please plan your visit accordingly to ensure your cats are comfortable throughout the session.

1. Pet Owner Responsibility
   Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behaviour, health, safety, and well-being at all times during the event.

2. Limitation of Liability
   Kolektif Kucing and Sunway Property, including their respective staff, volunteers, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, death, or damage to any person, pet, or property arising from or in connection with participation in the event, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Pet Control and Supervision
   Pets must be kept under control and supervised by their owners at all times. Pets must be kept in secure carriers or on a harness and leash, where appropriate.

4. Pet Health and Vaccination
   Only pets that are healthy and fit to participate may attend. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets have the necessary vaccinations and are free from contagious illnesses or parasites.

5. Aggressive or Distressed Pets
   The organisers reserve the right to request the removal of any pet that displays aggressive behaviour, causes a disturbance, or appears distressed, to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

6. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal
   Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring their pets do not cause damage to the venue or inconvenience other participants.

7. Interaction with Other Pets
   Owners must obtain permission before allowing their pets to interact with other pets and must respect the comfort, boundaries, and safety of other participants.

8. Photography and Videography
   The organisers may take photographs and videos during the event for publicity and promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform the organisers before the event.

9. Event Changes and Cancellation
   The organisers reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse weather conditions, or safety concerns.

10. Compliance with Organiser Instructions
    All participants must comply with the event rules and instructions issued by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including asking participants to leave, if they fail to comply with these terms or compromise the safety of others.
